Select one of the options below which best describes why you're getting in touch. This will help us to point your query in the right direction.
To get food from our foodbank you will first need a 'foodbank voucher'.
Foodbank Vouchers are not issued by Widnes Foodbank directly, but must be obtained from one of our frontline referral agencies. A full list of our referral agencies can be found on this page.
Once you have been issued with a foodbank voucher, and to keep everyone safe during the Coronavirus pandemic, your food parcel will be delivered directly to you by one of our volunteers. You will receive a call from our volunteer shortly before they are due to deliver your food. For more information about our Coronavirus adjustments for receiving food, please see this page.
All our volunteering opportunities and application forms are listed on this page. If no opportunities are currently listed on the page, this means we currently have enough volunteers to operate.
Don't forget to check back on our website regularly for updates on volunteering opportunities.

Please note that we cannot issue food vouchers directly. A food voucher must first be obtained from a participating referral agency. This can then be exchanged for food at one of our foodbank centres.
