As we start to take the first gradual steps out of lockdown, our foodbank is making some changes to our operation.
Firstly, from Monday 12th April, we are now back to welcoming clients into our foodbank centres for “in-person” visits. This means anyone with a food voucher will now be able to collect their parcel from Crossing Point on Lugsdale Road.
For the latest opening times of all our locations please see our dedicated page.
Anyone visiting our foodbank centre or warehouse will still need to wear a face covering (unless exempt) and follow our social distancing and hygiene measures.
We will still continue distributing food parcels through home delivery for clients who are showing COVID symptoms, and in exceptional circumstances. It is vital that you do not attend any of our locations if you are suffering from any symptoms of COVID. For the latest advice and regulations, please see the GOV.UK website.
Finally, from Monday 19th April our foodbank centre at Crossing Point will be now be open five days a week. Our new session on a Tuesday will run from 11am until 1pm.
